ارے زحلے آؤ میں کہلوانے ہی والی تھی کے دوکپ چائے بنا لاؤ حاطب بھی آگیا ہے اور اسکے کپڑوں سے وہ اندازہ لگا چکا تھا کہ وہ جسے ریشمہ سمجھ رہا تھا وہ زحلے تھی۔۔۔
اپنے سامنے موجود حاطب خان آفریدی کو دیکھ اسے دائم اور پریشہ یاد آئے مورے جان دائم لالہ اور پریشہ نہیں آئے افسردہ سی نگاہ ان پہ ڈالی تھی ۔۔۔۔
نہیں زحلے ابھی انکے پیپر ہورہے ہیں اسیلئے نہیں آئے۔۔۔

کیا زرتاج اسکی کیا مجال جو ہمارے فیصلے سے روگردانی کرے اور یہ تو اول روز سے طے تھا نہیں تو اپنے بابا جان کی طرح اسے آزاد کردو جیسے انہوں نے گل بانو کو کردیا اور شیر خان سے نکاح کروا دیا تم بھی کوئی فیصلہ کرلو ہم اسکی شادی کروا دیں گے کہیں بھی آخر خدا کے سامنے بھی جواب دہ ہونا ہے ہمیں بہرحال تمہاری دوسری شادی تو میں نے کروانی ہی ہے۔۔۔۔۔
وہ خاموشی سے انکی بات پہ سرجھکا گیا مجھے کچھ وقت دے دیں بی جان میں آپکو بتا دونگا ۔۔۔۔۔۔
