” لیکن میں نے کوئی شرارت نہیں کی میں کل بھی سنجیدہ تھا آج بھی ہوں، تم کسی بھی کورٹ میں چلی جاؤ میرا قصور کہیں بھی ثابت نہیں ہوگا” اس نے چبا کر کہا
” تم اتنے بے قصور بھی نہیں ہو” وہ چیخی
” میں اتنا قصور وار بھی نہیں ہوں” اس نے کاندھے اچکائے
” تم پچھتاؤ گے اپنے فیصلے پر”
“فلحال تو پچھتانے کا وقت تمہارا ہے” وہ پھر پر سکون ہو چکا تھا
” سید مہروز بخت تم نے خصارے کا سودا کیا ہے”
” ہونہہ تمہیں کیا پتا کہ سب سے زیادہ فائدہ مجھے ہی حاصل ہوا ہے تمہاری صورت میں” وہ اس کے سراپے کو مسکراتی نظروں سے دیکھ رہا تھا
” خوش فہمی ہے تمہاری” وہ نفرت سے بولی
” یہ تو بعد کی بات ہے نا کہ کون خوش فہم ہے اور کون غلط فہم؟ پہلے تم یہ بتاؤ تم چینج کرو گی یا لائٹ آف کردوں؟” اس کے لہجے اور نظروں کا مفہوم وہ انجان ہوکر بھی سمجھ گئی تھی اور اس کے جسم میں سنسنی دوڑ گئی اس کا خون کھول اٹھا تھا

” تم کہنا کیا چاہتے ہو؟”
” جو تم سمجھ چکی ہو”
وہ کہتا ہوا اس کی طرف بڑھا لیکن وہ بدک کر پیچھے ہٹی
” میں ہنگامہ مچادوں گی اگر تم نے مجھے ہاتھ لگانے کی کوشش بھی کی تو” اس نے دھمکی دی
” مسز ربیع مہروز بخت یہ آپ کی بھول ہے کہ میں آپ کی دھمکیوں میں آکر آپ کو چھوڑ دوں گا اور اپنے حق سے دست بردار ہوجاؤں گا میں ایسے لوگوں میں سے نہیں میں اپنی ضد پوری کرنا جانتا ہوں اور بہتر ہے آپ میرے ساتھ سیدھی طرح پیش آئیں ورنہ مجھے الٹا پیش آنے میں بھی وقت نہیں لگتا یہ تو آج آپ دیکھ چکی ہیں”
وہ اسے کلائی سے پکڑ کر اپنے طرف کھینچ چکا تھا
ایک مرد سے مقابلہ کرنا اس کے بس سے باہر ہوگیا تھااس کی ساری جدوجہد ناکام ہوگئی تھی وہ بے بسی سے تڑپ تڑپ کر رونے لگی مگر مہروز پر اس کے آنسوؤں اور سسکیوں کا بھی کوئی اثر نہیں ہوا
اب چاہے وہ تڑپتی یا بلکتی اسے پرواہ نہیں تھی بقول اس کے اس نے اپنا حق وصول کیا تھا
