Ertaza came close to him and held his hand and was slowly telling him all the things and Tafseer was watching him and listening to his words without blinking.

یہ اندازہ اسے آج ہوا تھا شاید یہی وجہ دی کی ساری حقیقت کھلنے کے بعد اس کا دل تو دکھا مگر پھر بھی وہ اس سے بد دل نہیں ہوسکی اور وہ خود بھی اس سے بھلا کیسے دور جا سکتی تھی اس کے پاس ایک باپ کے رشتے کے علاوہ اور تھا ہی کیا۔۔۔۔
رشتوں کے معاملے میں تو وہ شروع سے ہی اپنے آپ کو کمتر سمجھتی تھی مگر آج ارتضیٰ کے منہ سے یہ ساری باتیں سننے کے بعد اسے اندازہ ہوا وہ رشتوں کے معاملے میں بھی خوش قسمت ہے۔
شوہر بیوی کا کتنا قریبی رشتہ ہوتا ہے اور اس کا شوہر کتنی شدت سے اسے چاہتا ہے ابھی سے نہیں بچپن سے ارتضیٰ اب خاموش ہوچکا تھا اور تعبیر کا ہاتھ تھامے اسے دیکھ رہا تھا۔
“اتنی محبت کیسے کرلی تو میں اسنووائٹ سے”
تعبیر نے کہنے کے ساتھ ہی اس کے سینے پر اپنا سر رکھا ارتضیٰ نے دونوں ہاتھ اسکی کمر کے گرد حائل کر کے اسے بانہوں میں لیا۔
“تمہیں معلوم ہے جب مجھے اسکول سے دیر ہو جاتی یا مجھے ہوم ورک کرنے میں ٹائم لگ جاتا جس کی وجہ سے میں تمہیں وقت نہیں دے پاتا تو تم میرے پاس نہیں آتی تھی یہ تمہاری مجھ سے ناراضگی کا اظہار ہوتا تھا”۔
ارتضیٰ اپنے اور اسکے بچپن کی بات یاد کرکے اسے بتانے لگا جس پر تعبیر کے چہرے پر مسکراہٹ آئی۔۔۔ وہ ارتضیٰ کے سینے سے سر اٹھا کر اسے دیکھنے لگی تو وہ اسی کو دیکھ کر مسکرا رہا تھا۔
“پھر تم مجھے منانے کے لیے کیا کرتے”
تعبیر نے مسکراتے ہوئے ارتضیٰ سے پوچھا تو وہ خود بھی ہنسا۔
“جب تم چھوٹی سی تھی ایک چاکلیٹ اور ایک کس kissپر مان جاتی تھی”
وہ ابھی بھی اسے بانہوں میں لیے کھڑا تھا اسے دیکھتے ہوئے مسکرا کر اسے بتانے لگا۔

“اب تم بڑی ہوگئی ہو چاکلیٹ تمہیں اب خاص پسند نہیں ناراض تم ابھی بھی مجھ سے ہو۔۔۔ اب تو منانے کے لیے صرف ایک کس سے بھی کام نہیں چل سکتا”۔
وہ اس کو بانہوں کے حصار میں لیے بیڈ پر گرا۔
“ارتضیٰ کیا بدتمیزی ہے مما آجائیگی”
اس کی حرکت پر تعبیر نے دروازے کو دیکھتے ہوئے کہا جو کہ آدھا کھلا ہوا تھا۔
“نہیں آئے گیں انہیں معلوم ہے ان کا بیٹا اپنی اسنووائٹ کو منا رہا ہے”۔
ارتضیٰ اس کی تھوڑی پر ہونٹ رکھتے ہوئے گردن پر جھکا۔
“دور ہٹو اس وقت بچپن میں تم معصوم بچے رہے ہوں گے مگر اب بالکل چھچھورے ہوچکے ہو”
تعبیر نے اس کے شولڈر پر ہاتھ رکھ کر اسے پیچھے کی طرف دھکا دیا۔
“معصوم تو میں بچپن میں بھی نہیں تھا جب ہمارا نکاح ہوا تھا میں یہی سوچتا تھا اب اسنووائٹ میرے پاس سویا کرے گی جیسے مما بابا کے پاس سوتی ہیں۔۔۔
مگر اس وقت میرے معصوم جذبات تھے جو لاعلم تھے محبت کے باقی تقاضوں سے مگر تمہاری جدائی سے اور وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ ان میں شدت آ چکی ہے۔۔۔۔
تمہیں ہفتہ بھر ہوچکا ہے مما کے بیڈ روم میں ڈیرہ جمائے ہوئے آج رات شرافت سے اپنے بیڈ روم میں آجانا”
وہ اسے بہت سنجیدگی سے وارننگ دیتا ہوا اٹھ کر کھڑا ہوا۔
“مجھے بہت اچھا لگتا ہے مما کے پاس سونا ممتا کا احساس کیا ہوتا ہے اسے میں اب باخبر ہوئی ہوں۔۔۔ اس لیے میرا ابھی مزید دو ہفتے تک ایسا کوئی ارادہ نہیں”۔
وہ بھی کھڑی ہوئی اپنا دوپٹہ ٹھیک کرکے چڑانے والے انداز میں بولی۔
“اگر اب تم نے دوریوں کے عذاب مجھ پر مسلط کیئے اور آج رات تم بیڈروم میں نہیں آئی تو پھر دیکھنا کتنا پچھتاؤ گی تم” وہ اسے دھمکاتا ہوا روم سے باہر نکل گیا تعبیر کا منہ کھلا کا کھلا رہ گیا۔۔
“یعنی اچھی زبردستی ہے یہ”
وہ بھی روم سے نکل کر کچن میں چلی گئی جہاں مریم کھانا بنا رہی تھی۔
