یونیورسٹی میں میری ملاقات عامر سے ہوئی وہ میری کلاس میں تھا۔وہ کسی نہ کسی بہانے سے مجھ سے بات کرنے کی کوشش کرتا تھا لیکن میں اسے اگنور کرتی تھی کیوں کہ میرا تعلق ایسے گهرانے سے تھا جہاں کسی بھی غیر لڑکے سے بات کرنے کی اجازت نہیں تھی اور ایک دن وہ ہوا جس کے بارے میں میں نے کبھی تصور بھی نہیں کیا تھا.
کہ کوئی مجھے بھی اتنا پیار کر سکتا ہے کہ میرے لئے کچھ بھی کرنے کو تیار ہے۔۔ اس نےمجھ سے اپنی محبت کا اظہار کیا اور ساتھ ہی اس بات کا یقین دلایا کہ وہ ہر حال میں مجھ سے شادی کرے گا اور ایک دن وہ اپنے والدین کے ساتھ میرے گھر رشتہ لے کر آیا لیکن امی اس رشتے کے خلاف تھی اور انہوں نے بابا کو بھی اس رشتے کے خلاف کر دیا اور مجھ پر بھی طرح طرح کے الزام لگاۓ ۔۔
میں نے بابا کو اس بات کا یقین دلایا کہ میں ایسا کوئی کام نہیں كرونگی جس سے آپ کو شرمندگی ہو اور دوسری طرف عامر مجھے بار بار اپنی محبت کا واسطہ دے رہا تھا اس نے کہا کہ اگر ایک بار شادی ہوگئی تو گھر کے سب لوگ مان جاینگے اورویسے بھی ہم کوئی گناہ نہیں کر رہے بس اپنے رشتے کو ایک نام دے رہے ہیں تم بس ایک بار ہاں کہہ دو پھر ہم کوٹ میرج کرلینگے ۔۔اور میں نے اس کی بات پر ہاں کہہ دیا اور گھر پے کسی کو کچھ بتاۓ بغیر میں گھر سے نکلی اور ایک لیٹر گھر پر چھوڑ گئی جس میں لکھا تھا کہ “بابا مجھے معاف کر دینا میں آپ کے فیصلے کے خلاف جارہی ہوں۔میں بہت شرمندہ ہوں لیکن میں عامر کو نہیں بھول سکتی اس لیے ہو سکے تو مجھے معاف کر دینا” ۔۔
میں کوٹ پہنچی تو عامر وہاں نہیں تھا میں نے اسے کال کیا لیکن اسکا فون بند آرہا تھا مجھے لگا کے شاید وہ ٹرافک میں پھنس گیا ہوگا اسلیے میں اسکا ویٹ کرتی رہی کافی وقت گزر گیا لیکن وہ نہیں آیا۔۔۔
