اس نے روئی کو ڈسٹ بن میں پھینکا اور پھر ایک ٹیوب کو اپنے جلے ہوۓ ہاتھ پر لگانے لگا…. اس نے اب اپنا بازو تھوڑا اوپر اٹھانے کی کوشش کی… ایک شدید درد تھا جو اسے محسوس ہوا… اس نے آنکھیں بند کی اور پھر سے کوشش کی.. وہ بازو کو موو نہیں کر پارہا تھا… لیکن اس کے بازو میں تکلیف ہوتی رہی… اس نے اسے چھوڑ دیا وہ چینج کرکے باہر آیا اس نے وہ ایک ہاف بازو شرٹ پہن رکھی تھ ی… جس کی سلیو اس نے مزید فولڈ کی تھی…
اس نے انٹر کام کیا اور اپنے لیے چاے منگوائی….

اس نے دوا کھائی اور سونے کے لیے لیٹ گیا… درد شدید تھا… اس بازو کی تکلیف اسے آج زیادہ محسوس ہورہی تھی… وہ کر بھی لاپرواہی رہا تھا… بہت کوشش کے بعد بھی جب اسے نیند نا آئی تو وہ اٹھ گیا…. رات کے ساڑھے تین بج ریے تھے… سب سو رہے تھے… لیکن وہ جاگ رہا تھا… اس نے اٹھ کر ایک شال نکالی اور بازو پر گرائی… اب وہ سیڑھیاں اتر رہا تھا… وہ اتر کر بائیں جانب مڑا اور چلتا رہا اس نے رک کر اس طویل راہداری کے اختتامی دروازے کو کھولا جو قدآمد شیشوں کا تھا… اور اندر چلا گیا…
سامنے اندھیرا تھا… صرف ایک بتی جھولے کے پاس روشن تھی… اور باقی سوئمنگ پول کے کناروں پر لگی روشن تھی… وہ جھولے پر بیٹھ گیا….
یہاں ہوا تھی اس نے اپنے بازو سے چادر ہٹا دی… وہ کچھ دیر کو سکون چاہتا تھا… اس کا بازو اس وقت کسی بھی قسم کی پٹی سے آزاد تھا… اس نے آنکھیں بند کرلی اور جھولے پر بیٹھا سو گیا تھا….
