”کوئی بات نہیں سر ۔“کبیردادا کے یاد نہ رکھنے پر اسے ہلکی سی مایوسی ہوئی تھی ۔ شاید کبیر دادا کی طرف سے ملنے والے سوٹ کو اس نے کسی اور نظر سے دیکھا تھا ۔
”اچھا ،وہ سوٹ اس کے لیے لیا تھا ۔“کبیر دادا نے شیشے کے سامنے کھڑی تناوش کی طرف اشارہ کیا ۔”دیکھ لو جسمانی لحاظ سے آپ کی طرح لگتی ہے نا ۔“
وہ لڑکی تناوش کی طرف گھوم گئی ۔اس نے بھی کبیر دادا کے ساتھ ایک لڑکی کو کھڑے دیکھ لیا تھا۔ایک لحظے میں اسے شاپنگ وغیرہ بھول گئی تھی ۔وہ بس اسی جانب گھورتی رہ گئی ۔
کبیر دادا کو خطرہ محسوس ہوا اور وہ اس لڑکی کو بولا ۔”آئیں آپ کاتعارف کرادوں ۔“
”جی سر ۔“تناوش کو دیکھتے ہی وہ لڑکی مزید بجھ گئی تھی ۔
”تناوش ،اس لڑکی نے اس دن لباس خریدنے میں میری مدد کی تھی ۔مجھے تو تمھارا ناپ ہی معلوم نہیں تھا ۔“
”ہونہہ!“گہرا سانس لیتے ہوئے وہ لڑکی طرف متوجہ ہوئی ۔”شکریہ باجی ۔“اور اس کے ساتھ ہی اس نے کبیر دادا کو اتنی سخت نظروں سے گھورا کہ وہ بے ساختہ سر پر ہاتھ پھیرنے لگا تھا۔
”اچھا سر ،میں چلوں گی ۔“تناوش کو سر کے اشارے سے آدا ب کہتی ہوئی اس نے گویا کبیر دادا سے جانے کی اجازت مانگی ۔
”شکریہ بہن ۔“کبیر دادا نے فوراََ کہا ۔وہ کن انکھیوں سے تناوش کو بھی دیکھ رہا تھا ۔
اس لڑکی کے جاتے ہی وہ بولی ۔”بہتر ہو گا ،یہاں میرے ساتھ کھڑے ہوکر کپڑے پسند کرنے میں میری مددکریں ۔“
”جی بیگم صاحب۔“ہونٹوں پر ہنسی بکھیرتا وہ اس کے قریب ہو گیا ۔
”زہر لگ رہی ہے یہ ہنسی ۔“تناوش کا موڈ اب تک بگڑا ہوا تھا ۔
”ایسا بھی کیا کر دیا ہے یار ۔“
”میں کچھ بھی نہیں خریدوں گی ،میں بتا رہی ہوں ۔“تناوش رونے پر تیارہو گئی تھی ۔
”میں نے سب کے سامنے بانہوں میں بھر لینا ہے ۔“کبیردادا نے دھمکی دی ۔
”بانہوں میں بھر لینا ہے ۔“اسے چڑاتے ہوئے وہ دوبارہ کپڑوں کی طرف متوجہ ہو گئی ۔

”اچھا یہاں سے ہوٹل پر چلیں گے ،رات کا کھانا باہر ہی کھا کر لوٹیں گے ۔“اسے خوش کرنے کے لیے کبیر دادا نے تجویز پیش کی ۔تناوش نے نفی میں سر ہلایا۔”نہیں ،رات کا کھانا گھر میں کھائیں گے ۔آج ایک مہمان کو بھی بلایا ہے ۔اور راحت خالہ کو خصوصی کھانا تیار کرنے کا بتا کر آئی تھی ۔“
”واہ ،مہمان بھی بلانا شروع کر دیے ۔“
”اگر آپ کو اچھا نہیں لگا تو منع کر دیتی ہوں ۔“
”تم بہانے بہانے سے لڑنے کی راہ کیوں ڈھونڈ رہی ہو ۔“
”ایسا کچھ بھی نہیں ہے ۔“کہہ کر وہ دوبارہ ہینگر میں لٹکے مختلف اقسام کے کپڑوں کی جانب متوجہ ہو گئی ۔خریداری کر کے وہ باہر نکل آئے ۔کار کی عقبی نشست اور ڈگی سامان سے بھر گئی تھی ۔
”تم خفا خفا سی لگ رہی ہو ۔“اسے خاموش دیکھ کر کبیردادا پوچھنے لگا ۔
وہ منھ بناتے ہوئے بولی ۔”اگر میرے بس میں ہو تو آپ کے چہرے پر تیزاب پھینک دوں ۔“
”دماغ تو ٹھیک ہے ۔‘کبیردادا حیران رہ گیا تھا ۔
”مجھ سے برداشت نہیں ہوتا کہ لڑکیاں یوں آپ کے آگے پیچھے گھومیں ۔آپ کو محبت سے دیکھنے کا حق صرف اور صرف مجھے ہے ۔“
وہ ہنسا ۔”تو تیزاب سے تو میں تمھارے دیکھنے کے قابل بھی نہیں رہوں گا ۔“
وہ وارفتگی سے بولی ۔”مجھے آپ ہر شکل ،ہر حالت میں قبول ہیں ۔“
”ویسے دوسرا دن ہے تمھارے تیور کچھ بدلے بدلے سے ہیں ۔“
وہ اطمینان سے بولی ۔”اس کی وجہ بھی آپ ہیں ۔“
”لو نیا الزام بھی آگیا ۔“کبیردادا افسوس بھرے انداز میں سر ہلایا۔” وضاحت کرنا پسند کریں گی ۔“
”ہاں ۔“اس کی جانب کھسکتے ہوئے تناوش نے اس کے کندھے پر سر رکھتے ہوئے کہا۔ ”جب ایک عورت کو معلوم ہو جاتا ہے کہ اس کا شوہر اس سے پیار کرتا ہے ،اس کی قدر کرتا ہے ،اسے سر آنکھوں پر بٹھاتا ،اس کے سارے لاڈ اور ناز نخرے برداشت کرتا ہے ۔تب عورت شوہر کے دل میں موجود اپنی اہمیت کو مدنظر رکھ کر کبھی کبھی ہٹ دھرمی اور بے جا ضد پر بھی اتر آتی ہے ۔ کیوں کہ وہ جانتی ہے اس کی ہٹ دھرمی اور بے جا ضد تسلیم کی جائے گی ۔خواہ مخواہ غصہ بھی دکھاتی ہے اور اس کا مطلب شوہر کی شان میں گستاخی کر نا نہیں ہوتا ہے ۔بلکہ وہ لاڈ کر رہی ہوتی ہے ۔اپنے اختیارات کی آخری حد جان رہی ہوتی ہے ۔“
ایک ہاتھ سے اسٹیئرنگ ویل سنبھالتے ہوئے کبیر دادا نے دوسرے ہاتھ سے اس کی ناک کی پھننگ کو مروڑا ۔
”افف….پھر وہی حرکت۔“تناوش نے اس کے ہاتھ پر آہستہ سے تھپڑ رسید کیا ۔
