Analyst Abhishek Yadav says the Samsung Galaxy F54 5G will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution. The display has a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which is said to protect it from scratches and accidental drops.
According to the leak, Samsung might have its own Exynos 1380 SoC under the hood. Yadav says the phone will come with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 standard storage. At the time of writing, it did not reveal the RAM and storage options.
However, we can expect the Galaxy Mobiles F54 5G to offer up to 8GB of RAM and at least 128GB of storage. At the back, the phone has three regular cameras. It could be a 108-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) support.

The phone is also said to have an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel sensor. For selfies, the phone is said to have a 32-megapixel front camera. The phone is said to be a better version of the Samsung Galaxy M54 5G that was launched in the Middle East earlier this year.
If this is true, the Galaxy F54 5G will have a punch-hole display. Yadav also claims that the phone will have a 6,000mAh battery backed by 25W fast charging. In addition, the Galaxy M54 5G weighs 199 grams and has a thickness of 8.4 mm. It will support Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 and has a USB Type-C port. Finally, the phone is expected to run Android 13-based One UI 5.1.
