Vivo X Fold 2 Spotted on Antutu, Sets Benchmark Score Record With Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Soc

The Vivo X Fold 2 will be launched as Vivo’s next second-generation foldable smartphone, replacing the Vivo Xfold that was launched in China and Europe last year.

Ahead of the phone’s launch, an expert spotted the Samsung best mobile on the popular benchmark database AnTuTu, which took to Twitter to reveal the phone’s benchmark results. As is often the case with AnTuTu listings, the image also reveals a set of key features for Vivo’s upcoming second-generation plug-in device.

According to the listing, they will run Android 13 out of the box. The announcer also revealed that the foldable device will come with 12GB + 512GB of RAM and storage. However, Sharma did not reveal whether other types of storage are available for the sophisticated device.

Previous rumors suggested that the phone will feature an 8-inch foldable E6 AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Optically, the smartphone features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX633 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS).

According to the leaker, the foldable display Vivo X Fold 2 will offer a 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The screen size would be around 8 inches. The leak has no information on the storage capacity of the X Fold 2. It seems that the higher variant of the device will offer a native storage of 512 GB or 1 TB.

To keep the lights off, the Vivo X Fold 2 has a dual-cell battery of 4,800 mAh. Supports 120W fast charging. Similar to the previous model, the device can provide 50W of wireless charging.

The device may come powered by Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 and Vivo X Flip. It will likely have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera and a 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 ultra-wide camera.
