Adrenal Cocktail Recipe

Adrenal Cocktail Recipe and Cocktail Best Benefits

Adrenal cocktail recipe a few months ago, I introduced a small adrenaline cocktail into my diet for the first time. I had heard about it for a long time. But didn’t have time to try one on my own until I tried to cope with some annoying impulses that came to my mind after mistakenly taking too much magnesium which caused strange changes.

In blood pressure. Although all these problems have been solved now, I still drink an adrenaline cocktail every day because it makes me feel good. I can also add my own liquid iron and it was great for me to get over my low iron.

What Is the Adrenaline Cocktail and How Does It Work?

Cocktail

The adrenal cocktail is a drink, although it is called a cocktail, it is more of a cocktail because it does not contain alcohol, but focuses on vitamins C, sodium, and potassium. These three nutrients are quite important factors in maintaining the health of the adrenal glands and replenishing our body with important nutrients necessary for our health (2).

They are responsible for the production of numerous hormones, namely cortisol, adrenaline, and aldosterone. Cortisol and adrenaline are released under stress. Aldosterone helps regulate the sodium and potassium balance in the blood and is also affected by stress. The adrenal glands are our stress response glands. The adrenal glands require a lot of energy and nutrients to function optimally because they burn a lot of nutrients whenever the stress system is activated. Stress destroys many nutrients, namely magnesium, calcium, B vitamins, vitamin E, selenium, vitamin C, zinc, sodium, and potassium (1).

There is little evidence that adrenal cocktails have a huge benefit to the health of our adrenal glands, and they don’t even promise to help fight chronic fatigue (sometimes called adrenal fatigue). But many people, myself included, find them helpful during the diet. The day. It’s also a great way to add some electrolytes that often don’t balance out when there’s a nervous system disorder.

What Does the Adrenaline Cocktail Contain?

Citrus Juices

The adrenal cocktail focuses on vitamin C, sodium, and potassium. Vitamin good choices are orange juice, adrenal cocktail recipe, other citrus juices like lemon, lemon or grapefruit, or tart cherry juice. It can also be less than 1 teaspoon of whole-grain vitamin C powder. I like this one from Eden health foods (made from real fruits that provide the full range of nutrients in vitamin C. And not just ascorbic acid like most synthetic vitamins C) you can use any of these juices or a combination of juices. You can also use any other juice you want, even fresh green juice will work. Although you should be careful about choosing fruits. And vegetables that are high in vitamin C for best results.

  • Potassium: a cup of coconut water, aloe vera juice, or 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar. These are obviously very rich in potassium.
  • Sodium: a pinch of salt, Himalayan salt, Celtic sea salt, etc.
  • Optional additives: it is feared that being fruit juice, may increase blood sugar.

The best way to avoid a sudden sugar surge is to not consume adrenaline-fueled cocktails between meals. While a small amount consumed 10-15 minutes after the main meal does not raise blood sugar. Some people want to balance the cocktail with protein. Traditionally, the recommendation is to add 2 tbsp of viscous cream or coconut cream for fat and 1 tbsp of powdered collagen for protein.

Adrenal Cocktail Recipe and Monte Elefante Hemp Protein Powder:

Personally, I don’t add them because I don’t think they are necessary. But if I did I would choose a cannabis protein powder to keep it vegan. I like this Monte Elefante hemp protein powder because it only contains 100% ground hemp seeds and not a protein extract. So it is obviously very nutritious and also contains a good amount of fat.

You can add coconut cream if you want to add extra fat. But it’s also high in saturated fat, which can raise cholesterol. So I wouldn’t do that often. I also find it very ugly and inconvenient to add cream to the adrenaline cocktail. But some people like it. My favorite combination is orange juice, coconut water. And Himalayan salt, and I sometimes add extra whole-grain vitamin C powder, but not always.
