There is little evidence that adrenal cocktails have a huge benefit to the health of our adrenal glands, and they don’t even promise to help fight chronic fatigue (sometimes called adrenal fatigue). Adrenal Cocktail Recipe and Monte Elefante Hemp Protein Powder:
Personally, I don’t add them because I don’t think they are necessary. But if I did I would choose a cannabis protein powder to keep it vegan. I like this Monte Elefante hemp protein powder because it only contains 100% ground hemp seeds and not a protein extract. So it is obviously very nutritious and also contains a good amount of fat.
You can add coconut cream if you want to add extra fat. But it’s also high in saturated fat, which can raise cholesterol. So I wouldn’t do that often. I also find it very ugly and inconvenient to add cream to the adrenaline cocktail. But some people like it. My favorite combination is orange juice, coconut water. And Himalayan salt, and I sometimes add extra whole-grain vitamin C powder, but not always.
