” مسئلہ کیا ہے تمہارا عزت سے بول رہا ہوں تو سمجھ نہیں آتی بات”۔ بہروز بیڈ سے کشن اٹھا کر زمین پہ پھینکتا اٹھا تھا۔
وہ خوف سے کپکپا اٹھی تھی۔ وہ بہ مشکل اپنے بے جان ہوتے پیروں پہ زور ڈال کر اٹھی تھی۔

” مجھے نہیں کرنا اپنے بچے کا قتل”۔ وہ مضبوط لہجہ میں گویا ہوئ۔
” تم کیوں سر پہ چڑھ رہی ہو میرے جتنا کہا ہے اتنا کرو”۔ وہ طیش کے عالم میں دھاڑا۔
” نہیں کرونگی جو آپ چاہتے ہیں وہ کبھی نہیں کرونگی”۔ وہ سر کو نفی میں جنبش دیتی نحیف سی آواز میں بولی۔
” میری ایک بات کان کھول کر سن لو اگر اس بچے نے اس دنیا میں جنم لیا تو یہ بھول جانا کہ میں اسے باپ بن کر پالوں گا یا اسکی پرورش کرونگا”۔ وہ اسے کندھوں سے تھامتا غرا کر گویا ہوا۔
” میرے بچے کے لیئے میں کافی ہوں”۔ وہ سسک کر بولی۔
” ٹھیک ہے تو پھر پیدا کرو اور اکیلے پالو اسے”۔ وہ اسے جھٹک کر کمرے سے نکل گیا تھا۔ میرب نے اپنے منہ پہ ہاتھ رکھ کر اپنی سسکیوں کو روکا تھا۔
