Xiaomi Redmi Pad is produced in three storage and RAM variants. The main difference is that it has 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It costs Rs. 14,999 per page. The 4GB RAM model with 128GB internal storage is priced at Rs 100. All three Redmi Pads come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It costs Rs. 19,999 per piece. Redmi IPad Design
Even though I’m a budget tablet person, I don’t like the Redmi Pad. All metal body feels comfortable in the hand. With its gray design and reasonable size, this Android tablet p. Lighter than the weight of 465. It is also thin at 7.1 mm. Although the two sides are flat, the corners are slightly on the sides so that they do not dig into your hands when you hold the panel or landscape.
I love the Redmi Pad in mint green, with a matte finish. It also means that tablets don’t take a lot of fingering or folding. If you want a classic or sophisticated look, silver and graphite are also graphite colors.

The Redmi Pad supports expansion up to 1TB through the slot on the right side (vertical). Redmi Pad is Widevine L1 certified so you can enjoy full HD content on Netflix and other OTT streams. Specifications and Software
The Redmi Pad is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, which can be found on budget devices like the Redmi 11 Prime and Moto G72 (first look). The tablet also has an 8000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. Xiaomi includes a 22.5W fast charging adapter in the box. The tablet supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3, but not in the mobile version.
In terms of software, the Redmi Pad MIUI 13 skin runs on Android 12 mod. The Redmi Pad software experience is clean and smooth. There is no standard user interface (UI). I haven’t seen these errors, especially not with the rotation / auto-rotation of the graphic, which I’ve tried many times on different boards.
MIUI 13 for Pad comes without bloatware, which is common in Xiaomi products. What is interesting is how MIUI complements Android. These include split screens, floating windows, and more. Some apps don’t support traditional partitioning, but Xiaomi says it’s working on a number of tweaks to improve the Redmi Pad experience.
Apps like Instagram and Facebook are mostly used on large screens, but some apps like Twitter are the beginnings of mobile apps. MIUI 13 for Pad also has a dock at the bottom of the screen that hides automatically when you open the app. These ports are flexible and include recently used devices on the right.
Xiaomi has promised to provide at least two Android updates and damage protection for the Redmi Pad for three years.
Redmi Pad Performance and Battery life
The Redmi Note handles daily web browsing and app navigation very well. The MediaTek Helio G99 SoC allows users to play some popular games on the Redmi Pad without worrying about the game slowing down. I have played games like Call of Duty: Mobile and smaller titles like Asphalt 9 Stories like Subway Trains. Call of Duty: Mobile works best with “Medium” graphics and a “High” engine producing values of about 40 frames per second. There are minor issues here and there, but overall the games on the Redmi Pad are pretty good.
In Geekbench 5 single-core and multi-core tests, the board scored 534 and 1684 points, respectively.
The Redmi Pad doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor and you have to rely on AI face unlock or pattern/pin unlock. Although the front camera is on the right side (in portrait mode), it quickly detects and opens the screen when used for facial recognition.
In terms of battery life, the 8000mAh battery can last a day without charging. In our battery test, the Redmi Pad lasted 14 hours and 53 minutes. This may seem a little short for a tablet with an 8000 mAh battery, but remember that the screen is very large and has a high resolution, so the battery will cost more. . If you use and watch content from your network for several hours a day, the Redmi Pad needs to be charged every three to four days.
Redmi Pad Cameras
The Redmi Pad has an 8 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. The rear camera is useful only for viewing text, while the resolution is below average and the colors are washed out. If you want to take pictures to share on social networks, it’s best to use a phone. The Redmi Pad will not be a good choice.
The front camera is good for selfies, and since the front camera is placed on the right side, you always look at the camera through the video. There is currently a feature called Focus Framework that is promised in future updates. Like Time Center on the iPad, the center can adjust the center at your speed, and the field of view expands to 105 degrees.

Redmi Pad with all hardware and software is the best recommendation for anyone who wants to buy a tablet with apps and games under Rupees.
I would recommend getting the 4GB RAM variant or maybe the 6GB RAM variant. Not only security access but also a more secure user experience. Some features of MIUI 13 for Pad like split screen, floating window, multi-window, and more. The 3GB RAM version doesn’t seem like that much.
